These Holy Days

Whoa! December already ~ time seems to be flying quicker every year.
The day of our Lord Jesus' birth approaches, and I pray that God Will prepare the hearts of His people to receive His Light, His Life, His Love. This is a sacred time, for the Son of God was born into this world ~ Jesus Christ, still God Himself, but also to become man. His living here in the flesh, bleeding His soul-cleansing blood as He died, was for our redemption, for our salvation, for our sanctification ~ so that we could be reconciled unto the Father ~ to return home to Him.
What a blessing His coming IS! As He rose again, there shouldn't be any question that He IS the Messiah! Yet, our small human minds have trouble conceiving the greatness of the things of God. But those of us who believe that Jesus Christ IS our Lord and Savior and King, will one day see Him returning once again.
!!! Beautiful and Wonderful IS His Majesty !!! Great IS His mercy and grace !!! Praise be to His Name !!!
When the Angel came to Mary, He told her of her child that would come, though she was a virgin. He told her that this child was to be Named Jesus, and would be the Son of God. She was chosen to be His mother, because she had found favour with God.
Then said Mary unto the Angel, How shall this be, seeing I know not a man?
And the Angel answered and said unto her, The Holy Ghost shall come upon thee, and the power of the Highest shall overshadow thee: therefore also that Holy Thing which shall be born of thee shall be called the Son of God. ~ Luke 1:34-35
May the LORD God, in Jesus' Name, prepare the Way of the Lord within our hearts, now, to the day of His birth, until His return, and for ever. Amen.
The voice of Him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the Way of the LORD, make straight in the desert a highway for our God. ~ Isaiah 40:3
